Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Rtj Unlimited LLC, doing business as Royal Spaw Mobile Grooming ("Royal Spaw"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Royal Spaw provides mobile dog grooming services, including but not limited to bathing, haircuts, nail trims, de-shedding, and related add-ons, performed at the customer's location within our approved service area.

2. Booking & Pricing

Pricing depends on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and the service requested. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking or upon arrival. Appointments can be booked by phone, text, or through our online booking system.

3. Vaccination Requirement

We require proof of current rabies vaccination for the safety of your pet, our groomers, and other animals. Additional vaccines may be recommended.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Pet Health & Temperament

Customers must disclose any known health conditions, anxiety, aggression, or special handling needs prior to the appointment. Royal Spaw reserves the right to decline or stop a service if a pet's behavior poses a safety risk to our staff or the animal.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods listed at booking.

7. Service Area

We currently serve Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Jarrell, Hutto, Pflugerville, Austin, Kyle, Buda, Salado, Florence, Taylor, and Burnet, TX. Availability outside this area may be limited.

8. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort, grooming involves inherent risks (e.g., pre-existing skin conditions, matting removal, senior pet sensitivities). Royal Spaw is not liable for pre-existing conditions disclosed or undisclosed at the time of service.

9. SMS Messaging Program

Rtj Unlimited LLC, DBA Royal Spaw Mobile Grooming, offers an SMS text messaging program used to send appointment confirmations, reminders, missed-call follow-ups, service updates, and occasional promotional offers to customers who have provided consent.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number messaging you. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Text HELP to any message, or contact us at (512) 316-6495, for assistance.
  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes.

10. Age Restriction

Our services and SMS messaging program are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By booking a service or opting in to receive messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
