These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Rtj Unlimited LLC, DBA Royal Spaw Mobile Grooming ("Royal Spaw," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Royal Spaw provides mobile pet grooming services, including bathing, haircuts, nail trims, de-shedding, brushing, and related grooming services performed at the customer's location within our approved service area.

2. Booking & Pricing

Pricing may depend on the pet's breed, size, coat condition, temperament, service requirements, and services requested. Final pricing may be confirmed at the time of booking or upon evaluation of the pet.

Appointments may be requested by phone, text, website, or through an authorized Royal Spaw booking system.

3. Vaccination Requirements

Royal Spaw may require proof of current rabies vaccination or other appropriate vaccination records when required for the safety of pets, customers, and grooming personnel.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment whenever possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to applicable fees.

5. Pet Health & Temperament

Customers must disclose known medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, anxiety, aggression, behavioral concerns, or special handling requirements before grooming begins.

Royal Spaw may decline, modify, pause, or discontinue a grooming service if continuing the service could create an unreasonable safety risk for the pet or grooming personnel.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement has been approved in advance. Available payment methods may be provided during the booking or service process.

7. Service Area

Royal Spaw provides mobile grooming services in selected communities in Central Texas, including Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Jarrell, Hutto, Pflugerville, Austin, Kyle, Buda, Salado, Florence, Taylor, and Burnet.

Service availability may vary by location, scheduling capacity, and travel requirements.

8. Grooming Risks & Liability

Grooming may involve risks associated with pre-existing health conditions, skin conditions, severe matting, age, stress, temperament, or other factors. Royal Spaw takes reasonable precautions to protect the health and comfort of pets during grooming.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pet's health, behavior, and known medical conditions before service.

9. SMS Messaging Program

Royal Spaw's SMS program is used for non-marketing customer care and service communications.

By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS messages from Rtj Unlimited LLC, DBA Royal Spaw Mobile Grooming, you may receive non-marketing text messages related to your relationship with Royal Spaw.

Messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Booking updates
  • Rescheduling or cancellation communications
  • Missed-call follow-up
  • Grooming service communications
  • Service status updates
  • Customer care responses

Royal Spaw does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messages.

10. SMS Consent

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving Royal Spaw services.

Providing a telephone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Customers must take an affirmative action to opt in to SMS communications.

Message frequency varies depending on appointment activity and customer interactions. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

11. SMS Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Royal Spaw.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent again.

13. Carrier & Delivery Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may depend on carrier availability, device status, wireless coverage, and other factors outside Royal Spaw's control.

14. Mobile Information & SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

15. Privacy

Information collected through our website, services, and SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

16. Age Requirement

Royal Spaw services and SMS communications are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

17. Changes to These Terms
